Hi,
We have a great online service for debtors where they can select what invoices they want to pay via credit card. Even though we don’t charge a merchant fee we keep hearing from debtor customers that they want to pay bank to bank.
Obviously paying direct to our bank account can be problematic for our Bank Rec staff and bpay in itself seems to have its issues.
So I was wondering has anyone investigated paypal as a payment option? Or do you have any other solutions that avoid putting bank account details on your invoices (ie Direct Deposit). I would really like to hear your thoughts?
