      Hi All,
Been meaning to ask this for a while but it has come to a head when doing this year’s claim for the first time at WSC.
When completing the number of rebates part of the claim, do you:-
      – include number of rebate transactions (i.e. ons and offs)? I know Pathway reports give you total number of assessments (ons and offs) and now know that P&R doesn’t give you any numbers (easily)
      – include number of rebates granted only?
I rang Margie at OLG and she couldn’t provide me an answer to my question (which I thought was strange).
This has come to a head because in my claim, I have a single rebate write back appearing by itself in a previous year and I am not sure whether to put 1 (total number of transactions), -1 (because it is a write back) or zero (because it is not a rebate being granted).
Again Margie from OLG couldn’t help with that one either.
      Interested to know your thoughts,
      Dave

        Good morning Dave,

I show the net number for each claim year, so in the case of your prior year writeback I would show -1.

        Regards
        Pete

          thanks Pete.
It looks like a mixed bag of views and I think it will be one of those ones where there is no right or wrong answer as even OLG don’t know.
