Pensioner Verification – Authority Councils

      Hi everyone,
      Cessnock is running Authority 7.0.13.1 (patch 13) in our Live environment. I attempted to import the Centrelink response file into i_rt176 and the operation failed.

      While waiting for a response from Civica, I tried the same thing in our Train environment 7.0.14.1 (patch 14) and it worked like clockwork. Obviously we’re applying patch 14 to Live imminently.

      Thought I’d post this info just in case anyone else is having a similar problem.

        Hi James,
        thanks for the info. Another question, have you attempted a single batch enquiry? Now that Centrelink moved to Organisational Online Mail System verification, Authority doesn’t seem to allow for a single batch extraction. I think we are on version 6.11.
