Our Administrator has taken the stance that where a property is split between two former Council areas by the now defunct borders, those ratepayers will no longer have to pay 2 sets of rates & charges (as they have done in the past). Has any other Council had this issue & if so, how was/ will it be handled? Thanks for any assistance in advance!
