Property owned by a Company for which the ratepayer is the Director

      Hi all,
      We have recently received 3 separate applications from ratepayers who hold a PCC but where the property is in the name of a company for which they are the sole Director.
      We do give rebates to life tenants on production of a will or legal agreement giving them life tenancy but I see this slightly different as any agreement here would be signed by the Director of the company (i.e. the ratepayer).
      Your thoughts on whether they are entitled to a rebate or not?
