Anyone who has completed a rate structure review in the past (particularly moving from a minimum to base structure) would you please be able to let me know the community consultation that you undertook. Did you go as far as holding public forums or stick to written notification to affected ratepayers? Is there anything that you would recommend doing/not doing?
