We are reviewing our Rating Categories, has anyone else done this recently and how did you do your modeling? We are looking at using IBIS but would like some other Council’s experience / methods and who they use so we can get some comparison quotes.

The IBIS product is very good for modelling and reporting data.
When not using for modelling or rate-setting it is also a good tool for reconciliation and data cleansing.
