Hi All,
Been at WSC for 3 years now and have always wondered whether we provide rebates on water & sewer correctly.
I understand that maximum annual amount is $87.50 for each, however, we calculate this on a daily basis (24 cents per day for each) which appears to not be in line with Act which has a blanket clause that says that if a ratepayer becomes eligible after a 1/4 has commenced, they become eligible the following 1/4.
To complicate things, we issue notices 3 times per year.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
