These parks are operated by NSW Crown Holiday Parks Land Manager who is appointed as a Category 1 non-council Crown land manager (CLM). They operate some of the state’s most iconic coastal and inland caravan parks and reserves, including Reflections Lake Keepit, which is situated in the Gunnedah Shire LGA.
Currently, we have this property classified as non-rateable, as it is owned by the Crown and not being leased for private purposes.
