Hi All,

As per my email on 14 November in relation to my interaction with Rebecca Hayes and the insertion of flyers into the instalment runs.

Rebecca has advised me today that they don’t have the budget to cater for the mail out, so as an alternative some councils are going to be adding a small blurb to their newsletters and website.
