Request for Authority Procedure (Sorry didn’t know where to post this request)

Does any council using Authority have any procedures I could have for creating a new strata from a strata child assessment/parcel of an existing strata?

Using the Strata Maintenance (i_pr053) program is messy & mucks up the valuation links etc that result in a lot of manual corrections to ensure the strata valuations update correctly when a Re-Valuation file is up loaded.

Any information, assistance or advice would be extremely appreciated.

Try talking to Mary Klower up at Port Macquarie.

Know that Port use Authority and also have stratas.
Can recall that they used to have the situation of new stratas coming from a strata child.

Reasonably sure Mary would have notes and be happy to assist.
