Do any Council’s provide concessions (or other form of rate/water account reduction) on retirement villages where resident(s) are PCC holders?
If you do something in this space please let me know how I can find out more about your policy, guidelines, requirements and procedures etc.
I appreciate that you will most likely have a view regarding eligibility (or lack thereof) given the PCC holder is not the owner/ratepayer/person liable etc – that is fairly well undertood here however I would be pleased to hear any reasonably articulated view – on this or any topic.
