BVSC staff have received approval to change our policy regarding water and sewer headwork’s charges.
Are there any Councils that are currently implementing to raise (or also investigating) S64 charges on an annual basis in conjunction with water & sewer usage rather than the entire headwork’s charges payable upfront on submission of a DA?
I am also working with Authority so any suggestions will be well received.
