Hopefully a water Council out there can assist us!
Does any Council charge a high usage charge rate for water and sewer in leu of the Sec 64 developer’s contribution for commercial properties, we are able to set up tariffs for water charges but have also been asked to also add higher charges for sewer and are having issues trying to put this into authority.
