Hi Rps, The criteria for levying a sewer access charge – where it states (and I’m paraphrasing) the property must be within (75m, I think,??) of the main AND be connectable. (I read that to believe the property may well be within the defined distance of the main, but if there is some impediment to connection, we cannon levy the access/availability charge). Where can I find it? Is it LGA, 1993? Or Water Act?
