We currently levy an annual sewerage charge to all properties within 75m of the sewer line, we have an occupied rate and a vacant rate. We currently have a different rate for non rateable properties.
Over the next 12 months we are looking to review the rate for non rateable properties. Does anyone recall a document/information/anything on “Ordinance School Sewer”. I am flying blind on this, but apparently this document had something to do with how our current sewer structure was set up.
