I have had a ratepayer present a card with SHC as its type. Apparently it is a Seniors Health Card but when I do a Centrelink check it says it is eligible for concession. Is this correct?
I think you have been given the wrong card instead of their PCC that’s why they come up eligible when you do the check.
They must comply with 1(a) or 1(b) on the pensioner application form to be eligible.
