Hi All
Blacktown has a small community/cultural/sporting club which has purchased and built its club house in an industrial areas. We currently rate all of our clubs business, but due to its location and land value this clubs rates are way higher than most. Do any council’s offer some type of relief/postponement for these type of organisations.

Based on the info you have supplied, the only real relief you could offer is by way of granting financial assistance under Section 356
