Recently Tracey Walker resigned from the State Executive due to her transition back to Wollongong (regional) from Randwick (metro) resulting in a casual vacancy.
After consulting our Constitution the Executive Committee decided to allow Tracey to attend Executive Committee meetings until the next Annual General Meeting.
To fill the casual vacancy it was decided unanimously to appoint Bradley Filmer of Blacktown City Council until the next Annual General Meeting. We selected Brad as he was the only unsuccessful nominee at the last election.
Brad has accepted the position and the Executive Committee have welcomed and congratulated him, as I would expect our membership would also, to this position.
