      Hi all
We have been submitting requests with VG for changes to valuation via an email for many years. There seems to be a significant delay in getting these requests actioned.
Can anyone suggest if there is better way you are having success with please?

Currently waiting 6 weeks on request to split a valuation for separate rating of ratable/exempt land; 2 months on a new MDAF request with no ETA following several requests; and I have another request to send and hoping to get an efficient turn-around.

      Any advise greatly appreciated.
      Thanks
      Lyndal

        Morning Lyndall,

Are you using the online request form, as Value NSW recommend this is a better way to triage the requests.

Based on the timing that you are mentioning it may also be the impact of the data issues they were experiencing as part of the implementation of ValIQ. They are now close to resolving and no doubt will get all request actioned as soon as practical.

          Hi Lyndall

I agree with Tracey in that you should be using the online request form using the link below.

          https://www.valuergeneral.nsw.gov.au/services/contact-us.htm?execution=e1s1

Once submitted you will receive a reference number to assist with tracking.

Thanks Tracey and Anthony, we are going to start using the online request form.
We have also had issues with our Supp lists balancing so no doubt part of their ValIQ issues and look forward to them getting that resolved and being able to manage requests. Seems it is a massive issue to be taking a such a long time to resolve.
