Hi,
Our Council currently use an extremely old and very fragile Software program to control our entire Trade Waste Database (outside of Authority).

Just wondering if any other councils that charge TW have an alternative software program that they are using that has good support etc?

Hi Brigitte
Feel your pain.
Might be worthwhile moving everything across to Authority and seeing if that does the job.
Port Macquarie use Authority and have Trade Waste Charges so give them a call and see if they can assist.
