we have received a request today from Transport NSW Land Management Team request that Council consider a consolidated notice for all council rates due and payable. They made mentioned in their email that a number of council’s have already successfully implemented such request. (Not sure if this is entirely true)
Has anyone else had this request from Transport NSW
I agree with you Dave, only primary production land or adjoining lots can be consolidated into one land value. Providing a spreadsheet listing the amounts would be a solution.
I have not heard from TfNSW either but suspect that we will soon as a follow-on from the email they sent out last year.

We haven’t had the request either as yet.
They maybe getting mixed up with some councils that use the major agent function with Forms Express.
They don’t get one notice but they would get all notices inside one 7zip file.

We haven’t received anything yet. But Payreq also have the function of zipping major agent notices to one email/file. If we get a request, the solution I will be directing them to is to register for digital delivery through Payreq and they can then manage it on their end.
