      Morning all,
      This group has sprung up in our database and now requested an exemption for a property under s555(1((e)(ii) as it is resided in by one of their Ministers.
      Does anyone else have dealings with this group?
      Not sure why but I get the impression that the Minister is not a practising Minister and therefore I am inclined to reject their request.

        Can’t say I have ever heard to this group.

        If you haven’t already I would be asking them for a copy of their Articles of Association or any other information that may help in making a determination.

        Will be interested to hear what everyone else has to say.
