Hi everyone
Value NSW has identified some valuation data that is not syncing from Val IQ to Valnet which has affected supplementary lists and they are working through identifying those records. They are actively working to resolve these issues and many known issues have been fixed. The focus is now on correcting those properties that have been affected by the data sync issues and reissuing to councils via a supplementary list.
If you have identified missing data or a discrepancy in your list totals and you haven’t already reached out please email Tracy tracy.walsh@dpie.nsw.gov.au and Jacqui jacqueline.lawlis@dpie.nsw.gov.au with the list date and discrepancy amount.
Regards,

Hi, everyone, I have had this as ongoing since our Supp list of 21/6/25 and continues on the recent Supp of 30/8/25.
I have reached out to the VG weekly to track the errors hoping the issue would have been resolved by now but no luck. Just curious to know if your Council has the same issue ongoing or has it been resolved?September 2, 2025 at 6:30 am #25433Hi Edwin,
We are still having issues with the supps.
I have copied below the response I received from the VG on Thursday 28 August.
Regards
PeteThanks for your email (5 August).
In mid June VNSW transitioned to a new database and unfortunately have encountered a number of issues relating to data syncing between the legacy system and the new system.
This has resulted in a number of issues that we are aware are flowing through to some supplementary lists (ie. incomplete data and incorrect totals).
We have been in regular communication with the Revenue Professionals Executive committee in relation to these issues and I believe that they are publishing our regular updates on their website/intranet.
Please be assured that our team is actively working on a resolution. We understand how important this is and are prioritising it to ensure things get back on track as quickly as possible.
Once these issues are resolved, a new supplementary list will be issued and will include missing and corrected data.
We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.
October 20, 2025 at 2:58 pm #25495Hi Everyone
Just curious to see if other Council’s are still having problems with their valuations. I (and other Council’s in the Panorama Group) have made a number of online enquiries but are not getting a response and our Valuations are still out.
Nick.October 20, 2025 at 3:54 pm #25496HI Nick, we had some initial contact with them, then nothing. We chased weekly, in the end our director sent a letter of complaint. We were in balance 2 weeks after the complaint letter was sent.
October 20, 2025 at 7:21 pm #25498Our variance was corrected in a recent supp listing.
October 21, 2025 at 11:49 am #25501Our Valuations officer has been speaking with the VG Office to try to get the matter resolved, however, our variance has continued to change and has this week significantly increased. At our last meeting, this had also impacted neighbouring LGA’s.

October 27, 2025 at 10:51 am #25508Our Council has received the 2025 Base Date GVal file
December 3, 2025 at 12:08 pm #25559Junee Shire received our 2025 Values in October.
Followed by a small Supp List in November, our first since the new Vals.
Total LV movement on the new Supp List was +$353K yet our total LV increased by almost $8mil.
I have emailed the VG’s hopefully this is rectified fast than the last time we had a discrepancy.
December 4, 2025 at 11:12 am #25560Hi All,
The total value discrepancy was resolved for the Supps received on 19/10/2025.
We had three weeks of correct totals; however, since 09/11/2025, the cancellations and new Supps are not aligning with the overall total.
This issue has already been reported to the VG.
Anyone having this issue again?
December 4, 2025 at 11:46 am #25561Hi Fernanda,
Yes, we were in the same boat. Our July list had been corrected in August and all was going well until our 8th November list. Now it is out over $11,000. We have also reported it through the portal to Value NSW.
At our last State Executive meeting, Value NSW advised that they were working with councils as issues were submitted. For those that have received their GVal this month, all their properties are correct.
December 4, 2025 at 4:13 pm #25562Junee Shires issue as mentioned above was rectified within a few hours by the VG.
