We are having a terrible time getting access to Valnet for a couple of new starters.
Application was made 30/5/2025 and despite some follow up emails to the generic email addresses, 2 months later and still no go.
Does anyone have a phone number, name or direct email address we can escalate these requests through please?
Fortunately we still have one staff member with access even though that’s no longer their role, otherwise…..

We are also having problems with updating access for a couple of team members and have issues with our weekly supplementary lists with unexplained variances since 1/07/2025.
Despite multiple emails and follow ups, we have not had any replies or contact regarding the matters raised.
Could you please share how you were able to get action.

I have been in contact with the VG and been advised that all Valnet portal access issues should, in the first instance be directed to valnet.operations@dpie.nsw.gov.au
