Hi everyone,
Is anyone else having issues with the totals being included on supplementary listings?
Since our revaluation, every 2nd total included in a listing does not reconcile.

Hi David, Wollondilly is having the same issue. Valuations reconciled for first few supp lists after the g-val but haven’t since. We’ve contacted the VG’s who have advised that their new system is experiencing some data sync issues so appears some new & cancelled valuations included in the valuation total have not been provided on a supp list. They are working on a data fix to correct the issue.

Hi, Bega did not have a g-val this year but have only been in balance once since 1 july 2025. Hopefully they will be correct soon. We have been in constant contact with VGs however, some of the suggested fixes have not corrected errors. Thanks Carmel

Junee has a few outstanding issues with the VG’s but our totals balance.

We have sales that requires splits unprocessed. Also several amalgamation requests unanswered. Request for valuations unanswered.

I have emailed them but also have not had a reply as yet.

Our last three lists have not balanced either and it is due to the conversion from ValNet to VALII. For us we have been advise that there is an issue with property cancellations and the value not being removed from the list total. Tracy from Value NSW has asked that all issues be raised through their portal so that it can be worked on accordingly. However, it has been Tracy who has been responding directly to us. Definitely something I know we will all be asking about next week at conference.
