Hi, I’m just seeking some clarification if possible. I understand that voluntary conservation agreements are now handled by NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust, with the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 now the current legislation for private owners, in lieu of the previous National Parks & Wildlife Act 1974. There appears to be no rates concession for these new agreements due to receiving (or being eligible for) various other financial incentives. Can anyone confirm my my understanding, or advise me if otherwise? TIA.
