Waiver or reduction of fees S.610E

      Hi everyone,
      Just wondering if anyone has in their operational plan/revenue policy reference to Division 3 Council fees for non-business activities, S.610E Council may waive or reduce fees?

      If you do make reference on what grounds do you waive payment or reduce?

      Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
