water charges and Rates on one bill

      Kempsey Shire

      Kempsey shire Council is going to a 1 bill system as from July 1 2015 we are looking for Council’s that have been through the same process, including copies of notices and flyers to Ratepayers explain the change over. We are also looking at how debt recovery is done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Hi Darlene & Nicole
        Bathurst Regional Council posts out a Combined Rate Notice with water consumption. I will on forward a copy of the notice to you by email. I am not able to locate flyers to ratepayers re change over. A missed instalment notice is posted out including water consumption charges and further debt recovery actions are actioned after this date.
