Water Meter Reading Software – Tech One

      Hi Everyone

      We are currently using Itron for our Meter Reading software. This product will be unsupported in the next six months so we are looking at the options available to us. Does anyone currently use Tematra on Tech One, how do you find it?

      Are there other Tech One users, using a different product?

      Any feedback would be appreciated,

        Ring the water dept at Tweed, we use Tematra. The girls in water (maybe call Ingrid 07 55866113) will be able to provide you with information.

          G’day Katie

          For our water meter reading we use a product called Mi Water, electronic meter reading. Was installed about 12-16 months ago which is before I started working here.

          Allows us to read meters electronically. Some meters are still read manually.

          Links into Tech One okay and seems to do the job.

          If you want more information send an email through to our Water Section council@lithgow.nsw.gov.au and they will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding implementation and so on.
