Can someone who levies charges/consumption under the Water Management Act/Reg or just happens to know the relevant section please point me in the direction of where it is detailed what must appear on a water consumption notice/account or should I be following the guidelines set out in part 5 of the LGA as it refers to rates and ‘charges’ notices??
