      Good Afternoon,

      Can someone who levies charges/consumption under the Water Management Act/Reg or just happens to know the relevant section please point me in the direction of where it is detailed what must appear on a water consumption notice/account or should I be following the guidelines set out in part 5 of the LG Reg as it refers to rates and ‘charges’ notices??

        Hi Mel,
        s316 of the WMA. Also cl 197 of Water Management(General) Reg 2011 talks about due date and payment channels being stated on the notice.
