Zero Emission Electricity

      Hi
      Just wondering if any of you have received correspondence from “FutureBus” regarding including zero-emission electricity on the rate notices. (as an extra income stream for council)
      If you have I would be interested to know if you are taking this up or how you have responded to them.
      Any info would be appreciated.

        Haven’t received a request but I am pretty sure you can’t use rate notices to promote non Council private business. If I recall there was a case in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal quite some years (>10) ruling against this (Gosford City Council maybe?)
