        Hi Andrew & Robert,

Great to speak to you two as well, and thanks for the input and advice. I think it may have been enough to turn the tide, or at least turn it to invoices being raised. Especially when I mentioned the need to remove the charge prior to any 603 certs being issued, or sales/transfers being processed.

        Thanks again for your help.

Funny, I was just talking to my CFO about this. Is there any idea of if this decision is only effective from 14 November 2018 moving forward, or is there room for it to be backdated?

            Hi Simone & Suzy,

Thanks for letting me know about those charges. Our CFO is happy to know others are also charging. Simone, as you know, Jenny is happy to for any additional income streams, especially when it comes to situations like these.

            Cheers, and thanks

Thanks for the response. We decided to take the approach, making things a little more streamlined for us.

Thanks Steve. Shot them off a letter basically saying they will be rated, and it’s up to them to prove the research and development part of the lease doesn’t prevent them from being exempt.

                Cheers

                  Morning all,
At Strathfield we currently charge $30 per property enquiry. From 2017/2018 we will be charging $20 for each copy of a rate/instalment notice, and $30 for a State of Account. If someone asks for a copy of a notice so they can pay overdue rates we will generally waive the fee.
