2024-25 Permissible Income workpapers

      Hi All,

      Has anyone had a chance to look at the Permissible Income workpapers for 24-25?

      I’ve emailed the OLG today as there appears to be a formula error with both tabs Previous Year – NGI & Current Year Yield for column L Notional Yield. Column K “Land Value of Land on minimum” is also not wide enough and protected.

      If anyone else has the same or other issues, I’d be interested to know what they are.

          I’ve since found numerous other errors, so will go back to them tomorrow. I can forward my emails with the details if that’s easier.
          The formula results in a Notional yield of some $16M less for Randwick. If you exclude the no: of assessments on minimums the notional yield does not change.

            currently having a look at this. My calculation sheet has put my catch-ups into previous year permissible income calc tab in A Accumulated balance (protected cell) Info should come permissible income tab waiting on OLG
