      Hi Guys,
      Our Council has approved a list of properties for Sale of land for unpaid rates. I am in the process of collating the data for the advertisement to be published in Govt Gazette and local newspaper as per Sec 133 Of Local Govt Regulations.
      I need some help in finding out what all information (scope of works) should be included for getting quotes from the auctioneers.
      If someone can help me by e-mailing me the template for sourcing the quotes that will be great.

        Hi Amit,

        You could try calling Jane at Byron as she held an auction a couple of weeks ago.
