Property split from notice of sale

      Hey everyone,

      I have had a property split come thru….the settlement date was 1/7/15. My question is do I rate the land as it was on 12:01am on 1/7/15, which was the two parcels aggregated together, or do I re rate the two parcels of land as separate assessments?

          Hi Emma,

          I disagree with Tammie, I would rate them separately from 1/7/15.

          I’ll let you make the decision.
