      I’d like to know if there are any Councils who use a 50/50 methodology for determining the yield to be derived from each category/sub-category. Whereby 50% of the permissable yield is generated based on the number of assessments within each category, whilst the other 50% of permissable yield is determined by the rateable LV of each category/sub-category?

        Hi Jenita

        We do for a couple of our special rates. These rates apply across whole of council.
