IPART has announced that the rate peg will be between 2.7% and 5.7% for 2026/2027

2025-2026 Interest Rate

10 Apr 2025

The interest rate for 2025-2026 is: 10.5%

They did say 2 years ago it wouldn’t happen then but ……….
