      Hi Kim,

      At our last SOL we did have to remove a resident, and our contact stated we would provide vacant possession.

      Fortunately for us, he complied with the eviction request and the real estate agent we engaged was able to gain new accommodation.

      Sorry to say this but this will be a good test case for everyone going forward.

        WOW what a kick in the (you know). Our CFO & GM fell off their chairs yesterday when I told them.

        We based our estimates on a 2.0% increase but based on the recalculations on 0.7% this will cost $513K. This won’t cover the increase in wages let alone the communities service expectation levels.

          Hi Andrea, here at Tamworth we do quarterly validations. We send the file off in the latest month of each quarter in preparation for the next quarters notices.

            Hi Emma,

            Currently we have one cashless (eftpos/pay wave) water filling station (standpipe) but have recently adopted to commission a further seven water filling stations through our area. Our current supplier for the water station is Abberfield Industries Pty Ltd.
