Leeton Council charges $18 for refunds. The Fee needs to be paid at front counter or with Credit Card over the phone before we process any refund. This applies to both overpayments or incorrect payments.
Could you please advise me if your Council currently does not levy water and sewer access or usage charges against Council owned properties. If so, under what section of the act allows this.
