Hi, Bega did not have a g-val this year but have only been in balance once since 1 july 2025. Hopefully they will be correct soon. We have been in constant contact with VGs however, some of the suggested fixes have not corrected errors. Thanks Carmel

HI Nick, we had some initial contact with them, then nothing. We chased weekly, in the end our director sent a letter of complaint. We were in balance 2 weeks after the complaint letter was sent.

Yes we did too. I called them said they had received both but were correcting the file.
