Our variance has now been corrected on our most recent supp list.
Our Valuations officer has been speaking with the VG Office to try to get the matter resolved, however, our variance has continued to change and has this week significantly increased. At our last meeting, this had also impacted neighbouring LGA’s.

Hi Daryl
We are also having problems with updating access for a couple of team members and have issues with our weekly supplementary lists with unexplained variances since 1/07/2025.
Despite multiple emails and follow ups, we have not had any replies or contact regarding the matters raised.
Could you please share how you were able to get action.
Thanks
AnitaThank you Ian. I appreciate your response.

Also would they have a specified use of RVAC?
thanks

That’s great. Thanks so much for your response Robert and Andrew.
Hi Robert
The suggestion regarding Council offering payment on time or payment in full discounts is raised and considered periodically. It generally does not receive support due to several factors. These include:
• The level of discount that would be required to be an incentive to pay early;
• loss of income to Council that funds essential services;
• discriminatory impact on those sections of the community that do not have the financial capacity to take advantage of the opportunity.

AnitaHi Andrew

Thanks
