Hi Elizabeth
Dubbo is also undergoing a GVal and having the same issues as everyone above – Tracey Walsh at the VG seems to be able to sort thru the discrepancy in LV totals and a least advise the issue – however our LV are still out as well (this is going to cause a modelling issue in the next few weeks)
Kind Regards
DebHi Peter
For credit balance over $100 we ask the vendor to complete a refund application and refund before certificate issue, unless the purchaser’s advises they are happy to proceed to certificate issue with the credit (as essentially the purchaser will have to cover the value of the credit on settlement).
Hi Kristin
We put a multiple meter notation on the bottom of the certificate – this is a manual process and is added thru memos (like other notations)
Hope this helps
Deb
thank you Ian this will be most helpful 🙂
November 14, 2024 at 3:05 pm in reply to: Classification of Business Assessments with a Residence #24346I think – If Council rates a property Business then the dominant use would be business and this land should be ESF categories as COMNV unless these properties are rated as mixed developments and then Columns O & P in the Template would come into play as apportionment % according to the VG valuations?
what are everyone’s thoughts
DebGood Afternoon
We are unable to access this website still – I have sent an email to esf@revenue.nsw.gov.au to rectify this! in the meantime, does anyone yet have access to the Preliminary land classification manual (i have the guidelines)? Thanks Deb
I have called the number Andrew suggested (thank you) and was advised that an extension will only be granted in extenuating circumstances – we need to email the request to esf@revenue.nsw.gov.au outlined the reason for an extension. I was advised to keep working on this project as an extension may not be granted. I hope this will help everyone else!
Dubbo is using 7.1 with plans to move to altitude in the distant future
