This is not something new. We would have around 5 a year of these requests.

It’s only on those larger rural properties.

At Coffs we provide a letter stating the property has been in the ownership since the purchase date. We do not provide service address of the notices.

Hi All,
Thanks for your posts they have been very helpful. I have done Title Searches and they all are in the name of Minister for Emergency Services on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. I have now made them non-rateable.
