      Hi Edwin,

We are still having issues with the supps.

I have copied below the response I received from the VG on Thursday 28 August.

      Regards
      Pete

Thanks for your email (5 August).

In mid June VNSW transitioned to a new database and unfortunately have encountered a number of issues relating to data syncing between the legacy system and the new system.

This has resulted in a number of issues that we are aware are flowing through to some supplementary lists (ie. incomplete data and incorrect totals).

We have been in regular communication with the Revenue Professionals Executive committee in relation to these issues and I believe that they are publishing our regular updates on their website/intranet.

Please be assured that our team is actively working on a resolution. We understand how important this is and are prioritising it to ensure things get back on track as quickly as possible.

Once these issues are resolved, a new supplementary list will be issued and will include missing and corrected data.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for the inconvenience.

        Good morning,

I was advised yesterday afternoon 4 August 2025 by the OLG that the ‘Permissible workpapers have now been amended and reloaded to the website with the correct dates’.

I haven’t checked them yet but some of the tabs were referring to 2023-24.

        Regards
        Pete

              Good afternoon all,

This is the response I received recently when I tried to follow up our extension request of 4 October, due to extenuating circumstances.

In relation to your extension request, it was advised previously that requests were to be accepted in November. I can advise that your request is being reviewed and you will be given a response in due course however we recommend that you proceed with collating the data and working towards the deadline of 2 December 2024 until you are notified further of the outcome of your extension request.

              Regards
              Pete

                Hi Darryl,

We recently received a new conservation agreement and after some back and forth from the team at the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust we have received an updated letter showing in part the following:

                Subject: Request for Rate Relief

                Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to inform you of the signed ‘CA0999 – 77 Main Rd, Town Centre’ conservation agreement, located within your Local Government Area that came into effect on 13/08/2024 and is ‘In Perpetuity’. The conservation agreement covers 19 hectares of the property. The agreement relates to part of the land described as:……

Before we received this updated letter we were advised “We have received some further information from our Agreements and Technical Services Team advising that unfortunately the length of the agreement is currently not included in the council letters, but we are looking to add/include this for future letters to council. This does mean, however, that in the meantime, the only way to confirm the duration of the agreement is by doing a full title search or alternatively request the page from the landholder’s agreement that stipulates the term/length.”

We then paid for a full title search and were then advised “From what I can see, this does not give any indication as to the length either… so have passed your enquiry on to our South East Regional team as they will know more information than what I do. I have requested they re-issue the council letter to you and include the agreement duration.”

                I hope this helps.

                Regards
                Pete
