      Thanks for that feedback Darryl.
I was going to specify that when lodging an objection, a review fee be paid which is refunded it the objection is upheld.
We do a similar thing when a ratepayers wants a water meter tested – they pay an upfront review fee that is refunded if the meter is found not to be reading correctly.

        Hi Tracey,
Provided the property is registered in his name and that he can prove it is his principal place of residence, I don’t see why not.

          nope not yet Tracey.

Don’t see how you could consolidate all properties onto the one notice – maybe a text file or excel spreadsheet but not a notice.

Thanks Steven – that is who we use too.
Been told by our Procurement team we need to go to tender and I am trying to push them towards an EOI or RFQ as I don’t believe there is anyone out there except for Skilltech.

              Hi Andrew,
Interesting points of view especially about the prison populations.

                Hi all,
I moved from Bayside to Wingecarribee which meant a change from Pathway to P&R.
P&R does do the claim so much better (almost in the format they requested) but unfortunately it did not negate the need for them to ask me stupid questions 🙂

                  Hi Emma,
We issue same as you (are you on P&R?) and I am dealing with someone at the moment with exact same complaint.
Essentially I have told him to lodge his defence and I will see him in Court (although that is not my preference).

                    Hello all,
Just to clarify Julia’s request, we used Cowman Stoddart to review a farmland application and it has come back again via higher up the food chain so we need to use another consultant to review the application.

It looks like a mixed bag of views and I think it will be one of those ones where there is no right or wrong answer as even OLG don’t know.

Morning all, just wondering what the take up has been of any relief being offered by Council? Ours has been minimal.

I may have missed something along the line but why do we believe that SGCH are not eligible for an exemption from rating?
