Just a thought. For those Councils who record calls, can the the recording be filed/attached to the property? The COA and verbal applications for pension concessions can then be accepted which is evidence in a court of law.
I believe there is one in Singleton.
Hi Ron, no not to late and any information would be greatly appreciated.
Andrew, are you able to provide an update?
Tracey – I believe the link you have posted is incorrect.

Thanks for notification Andrew and agree it is a great achievement for the RP’s.
Are you able to provide a link to the podcast (when it is available) or is there a generic link?
June 12, 2018 at 12:31 pm in reply to: VG Supp List – Errors in March for Amalgamated Councils #20393Thanks folks.
Ken, so I gather you are not able to reconcile and will be carrying the error until it is addressed. Is this correct?
This has been added as a separate enquiry as well
Morning All
Three former shires, Snowy River Shire, Cooma Monaro and Bombala Councils amalgamated and to date we are in receipt of separate supplementary files.
HOWEVER!!!!!
In March 2018, Valuation Services provided the former Cooma, Bombala and Snowy Districts with a supplementary listing which included ALL properties. Former Snowys sup list contained over 7,300 pages. Since these have been issued, staff cannot reconcile the supps to the sytems.
Enquiries have been made as to why this has occurred and we have been informed by VS for Council to review the supp list from March!!!!
Prior to taking this further with Valuation Services, is there any other council/s experiencing a problem with reconciling data from VS?
In addition, is there any council that imports the supplementary listing straight into their software? If so what system are you using?
RegardsHi Glynes
We have informed them the same. Definitely not ready for this to proceed. However we have another issue which I will post separately.Snowy Monaro Regional Council charge $35.00
Morning, as per the above we include a notation however we include a statement along the line if the new owner is entitled to the rebate to contact council.
Hi Lovely. We are meeting this week and will ask the meeting their opinion. Interesting though.
Afternoon Carla. With the increase in delays of mail delivery this is a brilliant option. Do you have a procedure and or policy?
Wonderful – thanks Suzi
