Hi Anthony,
Similar to Andrea, Blacktown used to send the letters with varying success.
We don’t send them any more due to decreasing success rates and the privacy concerns.
Thank you
Brad
Hi Cherie,
Blacktown is charging a 0.5% surcharge to all payments made via credit card.
Thank you,
BradHi Glynes,
Yes, we charge $24.50 for copies of notices at Blacktown. We charge for current year copies as well.
Same as Robert, we encourage customers to sign up for enotices in Forms Express, then all notices in their name will be able to be accessed and will be free. We will charge for customers that are enotice customers if they refuse to log into their enotice portal.
Thank you
HI Tracey,
We weren’t going to but looks like Blacktown will be sending a DL flyer out with our notices in July.
Thank you
Hi Tracey,
We haven’t had the request either as yet.
They maybe getting mixed up with some councils that use the major agent function with Forms Express.
They don’t get one notice but they would get all notices inside one 7zip file.
Thank youHi Courtney,
We Have literals on our instalment notices advising if the account is subject to an arrangement, direct debit and/or pension rebate.
We don’t provide these literals on our reminder notices.
ThanksNovember 22, 2022 at 2:47 pm in reply to: Who takes basic calls at your council – inc. 603 updates #22776Hi Cherie,
Our call centre handles basic calls including 603 updates, anything complex will come to the rates team.
Thanks,
BradHi Matthew,
Blacktown recommenced action in March 2022.
Our thresholds increased slightly due to the increase in costs but we have tried to exhaust every avenue first (email, phonecalls and sms) to contact customers before we proceed with SLC, more so that what we are doing previously. Thanks,

BradHi Tracey,
At Blacktown we offer BPAY for Sundry Debts, but most of our other non rate payments are made though Council’s eservices portal. A small minority still come into Council’s civic centre to make payments over the counter.
Thanks,
BradHi Emma,
At Blacktown we are currently up to 26.1% of email notice customers (Approx 33,000 in raw numbers).
Anything else, please let me know.
Thank you
BradHi Neil,
Blacktown are the same as CBCity. If we have them we will store them against the NAR record but they aren’t shown on our notices.
Thanks
BradHi Andrea,
